Fly LAL is the national carrier of the Republic of Lithuania was founded on 20 September 1991.

The 100% of shares of the airline belong to flyLAL Group consortium, owned by Lithuanian companies.

The principal activity of flyLAL is carriage of passengers, mail and cargo on scheduled and charter flights. Fly LAL operates direct scheduled flights from Vilnius and Palanga to 36 destinations. In co-operation with its code-share partners the airline offers passengers convenient connections between Vilnius and over 300 cities of the world.
