Marrakesh holiday

Set against the snow-capped High Atlas Mountains, Marrakesh is a picture-perfect example of North Africa at its finest.

Marrakesh, also known as the "Red City" or "Al Hamra", is located in the south-western part of Morocco, near the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Marrakesh is the third largest city in Morocco after Casablanca and is seemingly bustling with activity 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The city is the capital of the Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz region and is known for having the largest traditional market (better known as a souk) in Morocco. Marrakesh is also known to have one of the busiest squares in Africa - Djemaa el Fna.

It's clear to see that Marrakesh is a vibrant destination full of culture and activity. There are still flight offers available to potential visitors to this city should find flights online and book a last minute holiday before the summer ends.
