Personal finance 'adding to life's complications'
Many people in the UK believe their lives are becoming overly complicated - with personal finance issues causing the most amount of confusion. This is the suggestion of new research from Admiral Insurance, which found 52 per cent of those questioned think their everyday lives are difficult to manage.
According to the investigation, 57 per cent of women believe this to be the case, compared with just 45 per cent of men.
And the issue appearing to cause most of the problems is that of UK finance, as 36 per cent of respondents cited money management as the most troublesome aspect, while 25 per cent pointed to difficulties maintaining a good work/life balance.
Dave Halliday, acting managing director at Admiral - which was launched in 1993 - said: "Unsurprisingly, managing money is at the top of the list as with a seemingly endless list of outgoings, it can be tricky to keep on top of everything."
