Domaine des Vignes Oubliees (France)
This vineyard is located in a small village called Chavornay, was initiated in 1998. They have Chardonnay, Altesse, Mondeuse, Gamay, Molette and Pinot Noir. The oldest have been plant in 1919 and the average is 40 years old. The wines are alive, it's mean they work with the seasons and therefore they should be stored to a temperature under 14°.
