Domaine du Vieux Chene (France)

Comment: In the heart of Provence, in the famous sunny Cotes du Rhone, lies the Domaine du Vieux Chene winery. Beatrice and Jean Claude Bouche, the owners, are impassioned wine-makers. Together they manage their vineyards using organic farming methods, creating organic wines of great character.

Domaine des Vignes Oubliees (France)

Comment: This vineyard is located in a small village called Chavornay, was initiated in 1998. They have Chardonnay, Altesse, Mondeuse, Gamay, Molette and Pinot Noir. The oldest have been plant in 1919 and the average is 40 years old. The wines are alive, it's mean they work with the seasons and therefore they should be stored to a temperature under 14°.

Bloodwood Estate (Australia)

Comment: The certified organic Bonterra Ranch, in the Russian River benchlands of Mendocino, is perhaps the finest expression of their philosophy that respect for the land will result in exceptional wines. Not surprisingly, it is also one of the premier examples of organic viticulture in the world.

Durney Vineyards (USA)

Comment: Overlooking the Cachagua region of the Carmel Valley and framed by the dramatic surrounding hills lie the beautiful mountain vineyards of the Durney Vineyards. The vineyards are certified 100% organic, that is, neither herbicides nor pesticides are used in the production of the grapes. This certification was granted after three vintages of clean farming.

Domaine du Mortier (France)

Comment: This vineyard is composed of 6 hectares in the controlled appellation of Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Their culture is very traditional. They don't use chemical weed-killers or artificial yeasts. Their intention is to create the culture of biological agriculture in the vineyard.

Frey Vineyards (USA)

Comment: Nestled on the slopes of the Redwood Valley an American viticulture area in Mendocino County, California, at the headwaters of the Russian River. The emphasis on natural, organic and biodynamic methods carries over from the vineyard to the winery. We encourage clean, vigorous fermentation, using the finest obtainable yeast derived from European strains

Robinvale Organic Wines (Australia)

Comment: Established in 1976. They produce quality wines and non-alcoholic beverages. The Caracatsanoudis family operate the modern winery along with thirty hectares of Bio-Dynamic vineyards at Robinvale, 470 km North-West of Melbourne on the Murray River.

HoneyRun Winery (USA)

Comment: A family run operation established in 1982. They are committed to producing wonderful tasting Kosher fruit honeywine without adding any sulfites or preservatives. Honeywine has a great blackberry flavour with a kiss of honey. Try it chilled before or after dinner, with dark chocolate.

Davenport Vineyards (UK)

Comment: They started planting grape vines in 1991, carefully selecting two sites in South-East England's High Weald. The first vintage of the "Horsmonden" dry white wine was launched in 1995 and since then more than 30 top awards have been won at national and international level. 1997 saw the launch of the first vintage of sparkling wine.
