Comment: Located in Victoria and is home to 7 acres of vineyard. Here wine is produced using traditional methods and without the use of chemicals in the vineyard or winery. FJ (Rick) Morris is a fourth generation winemaker, his family having started winemaking at Rutherglen Victoria in 1859.

They give their wines all the attention they need. Once their wines are blended, they bottle them at the most favourable moment. Then they stock them in their cave carved out of the rock under Chinon castle.
Comment: Bordered by "Via Domitia", crossed by the path of "salt" and that of the "fishmonger", the domain "La Grangette" has a heavy historic past. The "bio" vines are cultivated, without any chemicals, only with natural products harmless to the environment. The wine making process and the setting out of bottles forbid any additive except S0² (sulphur) but at a very low dosage.
