With its soft caramel tones and discreet lighting Daphne's is elegant and relaxed. Well known and loved by celebrities and their friends, this Chelsea restaurant has been serving classic Italian dishes for more than 40 years but has recently been refurbished. The conservatory with its retracting roof is particularly popular. Risotto is perhaps what Daphne's is best known for but now its regularly changing menu with new dishes appearing every week, is intended to reflect the diverse cooking styles of different Italian regions.
