Sabor

A stylish, vibrant Latin American restaurant, café and bar, Sabor attracts a discerning, friendly crowd happy to escape the chain eateries of nearby Upper Street. A thick glass bar is the lively scene of much mojito and caipirinha drinking, while bright tables are hubs of enthusiastic eating. An original menu is an exciting exploration of much of South America. Anticuchos de cerdo, or coffee-glazed skewers of pork with a black bean, corn and quinoa salad, and fillet of red snapper with a crispy, spicy cocoa and chilli coating are typical of the uncommon, inventive dishes that stick in the mind long after you've left.
