The Cuban restaurant in the heart of London is a mecca of bright colours, bold flavours and brilliant living - just like Cuba itself. Set in among fairly standard City office buildings, The Cuban is anything but standard. Stunning orange walls, huge photographic portraits, cool mahogany modern furniture, groovy white leather banquettes, tropical floral arrangements all come together in a lively venue with a buzzing bar. The Cuban menu includes juice-inducing dishes like starter of mussels steam in banana leaf with saffron butter, main course of rum-glazed baby back ribs with salad and homemade chips, and dessert of pudin de pan.
