Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is a great place for a fabulous hunk of beef cooked to perfection, but also a place with real buzz, where you can power lunch or celebrate or just have a great meal out with friends. Starters are a good time to try the excellent seafood dishes, like seared ahi tuna with ginger, mustard, and beer sauce. The mains belong to one of the seven perfectly-aged cuts of steak delivered sizzling to your table, while dessert might include a real American classic, like warm apple crumb tart. We know it's a national chain, but the wines are as serious as if this were a one-and-only.
