The cosy Mediterranean themed interior is all sophisticated dark leather dining booths, natural stone, copper, wood, sumptuous reds and mirrors - perfect for a romantic tête-à-tête, get together drinks with friends, family dinners, long lunches, light dinners ... need we go on? In the summer months The Priory House restaurant's big draw-card is the lovely French doors which fling open to reveal a patio for alfresco dining. An in-depth and extremely well priced tapas menu continues the Latin theme, with sharing dishes such as deep fried halloumi and pinenuts, dolcelatte & spinach risotto balls with romesco sauce, Pimientos rellenos and Spanish tortilla. Or head to the bar upstairs and try one of their classic-with-a-twist cocktails, such as the Passionfruit Mojito, Cosmobulitan or a Cuban side car.
