Set right on the banks of the Fowey estuary, Fowey Hotel Restaurant enjoys lovely views and private, beautiful Victorian tea gardens. The formal dining room, decorated in high Victorian style in tones of burgundy with chandeliers and those amazing views, has had a superb two AA Rosettes since 1997 under the direction of master chef Mark Griffiths. Freshest of Cornish produce is delivered daily and transformed into inventive modern European dishes. The five-course menu includes an amuse-bouche and granita of the day, and dishes change weekly and daily.
