Bouga Moroccan restaurant brings a spot of exoticism to Crouch End. A cosy entrance bar/tea room sets the sultry tone with its velvet-covered low seating, exotic red walls and imported hanging artefacts and monochrome photos of old Marrakech. Head chef Fatima follows the traditional recipes of her Moroccan mother when putting together an all-day menu of cold and hot kemia (mezze), and an à la carte selection of larger dishes such as Lamb and prunes Tagine, or Chicken Tagine, with dried apricots, figs, sultanas and caramelized onions.
