Designed as an izakaya - a Japanese sake hall that serves quick and inexpensive food to accompany the drinks - this restaurant on the South Bank is a buzzy and relaxed place to grab a bite to eat after work. The simple wooden interior and enthralling open kitchen attracts city types and residents. Considering Bincho Yakitori is located in a tower named after a rather ubiquitous beef stock cube, the yakitori and kushiyaki meat is dreamy and delicious, and the venue is perfect for casual first dates and after-work drinks with friends or colleagues.
