The Hotel Du Vin Bistro sits within a beautiful medieval building on Trumpington Street, and whilst it maintains many of its original features much tasteful transformation has been set in place to bring out the building's more quirky features. A French style Bistro with a modern edge serving classic dishes from all over Europe, it's the first restaurant under ownership of the Hotel Du Vin chain to host an open style kitchen, as well as a bar set within the unusual yet cosy surroundings of the Hotel's vaulted cellar rooms.
