The Gallery: The Swan at Lavenham

Head Chef David Ryan prepares the menu using fresh, locally sourced produce, and the hotel is famous for its delicious Sunday roasts and pastries - our favourite being the swan-shaped cream-filled choux buns - baked by John Bindley.
