Burlington

The Burlington is an exquisite, Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the stately Devonshire Arms Country House, Hotel and Spa in the Yorkshire Dales. Surrounded by stunning gardens, the restaurant is divided into two distinct dining rooms. The conservatory is modern and bright with white Lloyd Loom furniture, bright cushions and plenty of natural light. The formal dining room has polished antique tables, designer silverware and showcases classic architectural drawings, some over 250 years old. The menu, under the instruction of award-winning Head Chef Steve Smith, includes favourites such as suckling pig, roe deer and wild salmon. The Burlington has three separate dining rooms for private parties, and is ideal for celebrating special occasions.
