The Haymarket Restaurant has a retro, swing-era atmosphere, killer cocktails and a NYC-inspired interior which make it stand out on the Liverpool restaurant scene. The intimate dining room has brick-vaulted ceilings and booths, old-school 50s tunes on the stereo and a classic steak and seafood menu with a Pan-Asian twist. We love the hot & sour seafood broth with tiger prawns, clams, calamari and glass noodles, the Reef & Beef with garlic king prawns, scallops, razor clams and beef fillet with marsala sauce and vegetables, and the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. The Haymarket is renowned for its excellent service, and provides chilled live music every Thursday-Saturday night.
