The innovative menu, created by Head Chef Gavin Young, features bold and delicious dishes such as Perigord duck foie gras with ham hock, foie gras ice cream and toasted brioche, and the pan-fried breast of Barbary duck with a slow-baked Williams pear, parsnip vanilla mash and orange sauce. The puddings are to die for - we love the raspberry soufflé with raspberry sorbet.
