Gabbro is an elegant restaurant serving modern Scottish fare tucked away in the Salisbury - a luxury boutique hotel in Edinburgh 's Southside. Located at garden level, Gabbro has direct access to beautiful walled gardens and superb views of Arthur's Seat and the Salisbury Craggs. The menu, features an excellent array of contemporary dishes created from fresh and seasonal local produce. We love the warm salad of wood pigeon, Stornoway black pudding, mixed leaves and raspberry vinaigrette; the Scottish salmon and smoked haddock fishcakes served with a lime coriander tartare sauce; and the wild mushroom, asparagus and parmesan risotto.
