Restaurant Description

Already a fixture on the Clerkenwell dining scene, 54 - located at 54 Farringdon Road - serves unique British and Malaysian cuisine in stylish surrounds. Don't confuse this with fusion though. The contemporary menu - created using free-range, organic and local produce - offers a mix of classic western and Asian dishes, including favourites such as the chicken satay with peanut sauce; homemade butternut squash and sage gnocchi; pumpkin soup; lamb shank rendang curry and a delicious old-fashioned trifle for dessert. The eclectic food and super-friendly staff at 54 provide the essential elements to relax and enjoy your meal, and there is an excellent and reasonably priced wine list.
