It might have been around for over two decades, and retains a healthy love for traditional methods, but the Milan Restaurant also prides itself on offering an innovative take on North Indian cuisine, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The new management team offer food which is modern yet highly authentic in surroundings both trendy and comfortable. Head chef Parvinder Singh Multani takes a creative approach and is widely recognised as a part of the new breed of Indian chefs taking the humble curry to fine dining status. All dishes at the Milan are cooked in a minimum of oil or in a clay tandoor oven to preserve the nutrition of the fresh ingredients.
