110 Brasserie and Bar is situated inside the newly opened Circus Casino in Liverpool. This isn't merely a restaurant and bar, but a whole entertainment experience. After all, why leave the building when the action is hot? Sip an aperitif in the lively bar before moving on to the restaurant for dinner. Options include pizza and pasta such as crab and crayfish linguine. Odds-on-favourite is fillet steak, freshly cooked to order on the chargrill. Dessert features a decadent white chocolate and gold leaf panacotta and a high-rolling Champagne winter berry jelly.
