Archie's restaurant in Sandiacre, Nottinghamshire, is a swizz of a place, an exciting, modern restaurant and bar with bags of style. This historic barn has been sandblasted back to original brick walls and retrofitted with oak flooring and balcony, beautiful lighting, smart chocolate leather seating, and modern art to create a fine setting for the modern British menu that features locally-sourced ingredients. Award-winning head chef Ian Matthews' signature offerings are the seafood dishes and the special lamb. First Tuesday evenings bring live jazz to the mix every month.
