Walking into Tapestry Pan Med Grill, you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd stumbled onto the set of a slick new Quentin Tarantino film. Super-chic and sexy, the colourful, moodily-lit restaurant is set in the heart of Nottingham's stylish Alea Casino. Tapestry's bold pan-Mediterranean menu, created by Head Chef Mickael Aiglemont, includes favourites such as the herb-crusted rack of lamb served with polenta, carrot spaghetti and lamb and lavender jus; roasted halibut served with wilted spinach, garlic, raisins, fresh pine nuts and saffron aioli; and the confit of Moroccan spiced duck served with lemon-scented couscous, rocket salad and olive oil. An extensive tapas menu, and Tapestry's signature sangria, make the bar ideal for fun nights out with friends.
