Vin et Marée - Murat

Vin et Maree Murat restaurant in Paris' 16th arrondissement not far from the Seine was the very first location to open in this popular group of four restaurants. Vin et Maree, as its name says, is all about the pleasures of wine and the delights of the sea. With close relationships with small-boat fishermen, particularly in Brittany and Normandy, the restaurant offers only the finest, freshest of seasonal seafood. The décor is marine-themed in a stylish, modern way with charming light-wood seating, a lovely terrace, wave-pattered tiling, white napery and quality table settings. Preparation tends to be simple - grilling, baking - to allow you to appreciate the superb and delicate flavours of the fish. The wine list leans heavily toward white wines to complement the flavours.
