Since it opened its doors in 1988, The Depot Restaurant and Bar - formerly known as The Vaults - has established itself as one of Cambridge's leading independent restaurants. Tucked away on Trinity Street, The Depot - with its tiled floors, coffee coloured walls and chocolate brown leather sofas - has a unique, intimate ambience and unobtrusive service, which makes it popular with couples, small groups and parties. The unique 'global fusion' menu is designed for sharing, and favourite dishes include the oven-baked spinach and ricotta cannelloni with a herb crust; crispy duck pancakes; and chilli salmon patties with lime leaves, lemongrass, garlic and ginger.
