The kitchen at Zen has sourced recipes from over 23 provinces in China to create an extensive traditional menu with a contemporary twist. Favourite dishes include the aromatic hot chilli crab; the sweet and sour sea bass Szechuan style; and the Zen braised belly of pork. The restaurant also houses ZenBar - a chic and cosy lounge serving cocktails and exotic teas. Signature cocktails include the lychee martini and strawberry daiquiris.
