Conservatory

Set in the resplendent Grade II listed Crabwell Manor Hotel in Chester, the award-winning Conservatory restaurant is an elegant setting with sweeping views of the hotel's gardens and surrounding farmland. The building's red-brick façade was built in 1600, but the manor house dates back to 1077 when William the Conqueror gave the estate to his nephew as a gift. The tranquil and historic venue is popular with hotel guests and locals for buffet breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday roasts, and signature dishes from the seasonal menu include the confit of Barbary duck served with plum and apple chutney, and the pork medallions served with fondant potatoes, savoy cabbage and a cider sauce.
