Au Nikita restaurant and Russian cabaret in Paris' smart Passy quarter was the site of Le Novy, a legendary Slavic cabaret formed right after the Revolution for homesick expats. Now Au Nikita brings all the charm and excitement or Russian music, dancing and traditional culture to this side of Paris. Beautifully done up in tones of red and gold, just like the flag, with twinkling mirrors and detailing everywhere, the dining room is the scene of both fine dining and a cabaret show that starts during the meal and goes on until the wee hours. With singers, balalaika players, dancers weaving between the tables and thrilling knife-throwers, the show is a hit.
